The USSD Code banking can be used by dialing the *99# in the keypad and pressing the calling button. Then a screen with various option related to the bank will appear that can be chose by the user.

Mobile app is a easy to use and free of cost banking app available at the play store and app store for Android and iOS user to download. The interface used in the mobile app is graphical which makes it easy to navigate aroud to use the service also the use of mobile app enables the account holder to find a lot of general account detail like Bank Account Balance details. Earlier the account holder need to give a missed call using the Missed Call Banking number or to visit the bank branch to find the bank account detail but with the introduction of the mobile app. The user can find the bank balance using the mobile app. There are a lot of banking service offered by the mobile app that further facilitates the user.
